Golden-Thread Traceability (frame head / soffit) - Every doorset leaves our factory with a unique QR code linked to its certification, specification and installation record through OneTrace. One scan gives inspectors, installers and building owners instant proof of compliance for the life of the door.
Intumescent & Smoke Seals (frame jamb) - Factory-fitted seals expand under heat to close the gap between leaf and frame, while integral brushes hold back cold smoke. Fitting these under controlled conditions is what makes the door perform exactly as it was fire-tested to.
Fire-Rated Vision Panels (leaf, upper) - Glazed apertures use fire-rated glass and an intumescent glazing system, cut and installed to precise tested tolerances. Natural light and sightlines without compromising fire or smoke integrity.
Fire-Tested Hardware (leaf, near handle) - Hinges, closers, latches and lever furniture are all independently fire-tested and rated to match the doorset. Correct specification is essential — the wrong component can invalidate the entire fire rating.
Solid Certified Core (leaf face) - Each leaf is built around a dense, certified core to FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120, manufactured to consistent density and thickness. This is the engine of the door's fire resistance, and where controlled manufacturing matters most.
Impact Protection Plates (kick plate) - Stainless kick and push plates protect high-traffic doors from daily wear, factory-fixed so the leaf's integrity is never compromised.
Threshold & Drop Seal (base) - An automatic drop-down seal reduces the gap at the base when the door shuts, containing smoke and improving acoustic and thermal performance.
